About Coastal Design Build

The foundation for Coastal Design Build started in 1989 when Jim designed and built his first “green passive solar house”. Then Jim opened VJM Architecture after becoming a licensed architect. After winning many Architectural awards Jim opened Greenway Design Build LLC and won 7 more awards for building including custom builder of the year 3 times, re-modeler of the year and best green builder.
